This package records injury and near-miss incidents including location, root cause investigation, unsafe conditions, unsafe actions, corrective actions and witness statements for all incidents on or off of the employer premises.
Integrated with the pihms Medical Management solution, the automated OSHA Logic accurately identifies OSHA Recordability.
This solution enables the tracking and reporting of multiple injured employees to one incident. Comprehensive corrective action project management facilitates reactive tracking of counter measures, while enabling a proactive approach to the reduction of workplace hazards.
