Like Work-Related, pihms Non Work Related Case Management offers the user similarly broad functionality for active and effective management of non-work related injury and illness.
This package tracks 3-Point Contact, Case Diary Notes and the ongoing case management plan. Information from external providers and Independent Medical Examiners can be readily incorporated.
The Case Diary section tracks every detail of the claim from start to finish, logging the user’s name, date and time with each note entered. Independent Medical Examination and referral physician reports can also be recorded. A hyperlink to the Case Summary allows the user to quickly access each package’s complete details to facilitate case management.
When this solution is used in conjunction with the pihms Leave package, FMLA leaves can be more effectively managed. User-specific FMLA letters and consent forms can be attached to the pihms Non-Work Related solution as Microsoft Word® templates.
